We are delighted to be working with this Greenwich based law firm. They are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Typical duties include:
- Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property
- Dealing with lease extensions
- Re-mortgages
- New build, shared ownership and help to buy matters
- Transfers of equity
- Business development
Candidate specification:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE
- Experience working within Conveyancing
- Team player
- Well organised
- Ability to go above and beyond for clients
- Ideally have experience in supervising more junior members
