Cactus Search are delighted to be working with a multi award winning organisation, that is looking for an experienced Business Change Analyst to join their Operational Excellence function.
The Business Change Analyst will be responsible for delivering a wide range of change initiatives across the business and will work with the front-line teams to make sure this is embedded in hearts and minds of everyone that works there.
You will take the team on a journey and work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
What we are looking for from you...
- Strong communicator, with the ability to engage, collaborate and take people on a journey to deliver meaningful business change.
- Strong experience in different change methodology. For example, Agile, Waterfall etc.
- Hands on experience of delivering change, working directly on the floor with operational teams and departments.
- Good stakeholder engagement, with the ability to engage at a variety of levels.
