Your Role:
As an Estate Agent, your role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive expert guidance and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Listing properties and providing advice to vendors on achieving the best sale price.
- Developing relationships with vendors, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
- Keeping abreast of local market conditions and positioning yourself as a market expert.

- Assisting the Branch Manager with the daily running of the agency.
- Motivating and inspiring your team, including leading morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.
