Your Role
As a Management Accountant, you'll assist with monthly management accounts and other financial reporting. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling company-wide accounts
- Accurately recording financial transactions
- Reviewing and correcting misallocated entries
- Preparing year-end financial accounts
- Producing management accounts for various offices
- Building relationships with international teams
- Assisting with annual salary and bonus reviews
- Creating annual budgets
- Conducting financial reviews of international offices
What They're Looking For
- Finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or part-qualified
- Experience in a similar accounting role
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Experience explaining financial information to non-experts
- Keen attention to detail
