Job Title: Social Worker - Assessment Team
Location: North Tyneside
Rate:£45 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Hybrid (Office/Home)
We're seeking experienced Social Workers to join our Assessment Team in North Tyneside. You'll be responsible for statutory social work, including single assessments, and will collaborate with children, families, and professionals across education, health, police, and the voluntary sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct statutory assessments and manage caseloads.
- Work in partnership with children, families, and multi-agency teams.
- Hybrid working: split time between the office and home as per team rota.
- Prioritise safeguarding in all aspects of work.
Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker with experience in statutory roles.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Flexible, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
