FIND is supporting a leading Education Trust to recruit a new HR Officer to join their head office-based team. This is a great role for an experienced HR Officer/ HR Advisor to further develop their career.

Please note- this role is on site full-time, salary to £50K.

Key duties for this role include-

  • Provide front- line HR advice and support.
  • HR Project work as and when required.
  • Adhere to statutory requirements for HR in education.
  • Recruitment and onboarding oversight.
  • Absence and performance management monitoring and reporting.
  • ER work- first point of contact, supporting managers and leaders with HR Advice.
  • Management of standard general HR Duties.

The ideal candidate for this role-

  • is CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
  • has worked in an education setting.
  • has used ITrent.
  • possesses a proven and demonstrable HR advisory background.
  • can provide pragmatic and accurate advice to leaders and colleagues.
  • is an excellent communicator and team player.
