FIND is supporting a leading Education Trust to recruit a new HR Officer to join their head office-based team. This is a great role for an experienced HR Officer/ HR Advisor to further develop their career.
Please note- this role is on site full-time, salary to £50K.
Key duties for this role include-
- Provide front- line HR advice and support.
- HR Project work as and when required.
- Adhere to statutory requirements for HR in education.
- Recruitment and onboarding oversight.
- Absence and performance management monitoring and reporting.
- ER work- first point of contact, supporting managers and leaders with HR Advice.
- Management of standard general HR Duties.
The ideal candidate for this role-
- is CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
- has worked in an education setting.
- has used ITrent.
- possesses a proven and demonstrable HR advisory background.
- can provide pragmatic and accurate advice to leaders and colleagues.
- is an excellent communicator and team player.
