?? Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

?? Remuneration: Up to £30,000 per annum

?? Contract Details: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, Permanent, Full Time

Are you an experienced Stock Controller looking for an exciting opportunity to oversee stock levels and contribute to the growth of our client's organisation? Our client, a global leader in digital transformation solutions is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team in Hemel Hempstead.

Responsibilities:

  • ?? Perform administrative duties related to specific customers, including sales order creation, invoicing, and goods received.
  • ? Process and administer imports and exports.
  • ?? Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to work procedures and practises.
  • ?? Advise customers on stock availability and estimated time of arrival of goods.
  • ?? Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient management of goods' receiving, identifying, and dispatching processes.
  • ?? Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.
  • ?? Organise and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • ?? Utilise warehouse software packages (Sage 200) and Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency.
  • ?? Maintain Master Data on Sage 200.
  • ?? Manage stock replenishment requests and device build.
  • ?? Maintain records, document necessary information, and utilise reports to project warehouse status.
  • ?? Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as a liaison between manufacturers and colleagues.

Skills Required:

  • ?? Proficiency in warehouse software packages (Sage 200) and MS Office (Excel).
  • ?? Proven work experience as a Stock Controller.
  • ?? Previous experience in a start-up/evolving technology business is desirable.
  • ? Ability to work independently and show initiative.
  • ?? Strong data input, retrieval, and analysis skills.
  • ?? Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
