We are working with a popular and highly regarded secondary school on the Wirral who are seeking a qualified and motived Teaching Assistant to join them in the Autumn term.

Your new role
- You will be responsible for supporting pupils both individually or in small groups aiding their academic progress and development
- You will be collaborating with teachers and other support staff members to create engaging lesson plans and materials
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Providing feedback to teachers regarding students' performance and progress
- Helping students with additional needs to access the curriculum effectively
- Promoting a safe and nurturing educational environment
The successful Teaching Assistant will need
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications and/or experience working with secondary school students
- To be passionate about supporting young peoples' academic and personal growth
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers and other educational professionals
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- To be proactive and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the evolving needs of students
Hours of work for this role are 8:30am -3:30pm
