Parks Manager

One of our partnered clients are looking for a Parks Manager. The are one of the largest park home providers in the UK. The role will be responsible for the upkept and maintenance of the estate. This is part time opportunity, requiring someone to be on site 4 hours per day (20 per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site maintenance programme
  • Arrange and manage external contractors
  • First point of contact for residents
  • Hold regular meetings with Resident Associations
  • Manage Park wardens
  • Arrange periodic health and safety testing
  • Liaise with Local Authority site licencing
  • Deal with incoming letters, emails and telephone calls from residents
  • Build a good knowledge of legislation and processes relevant to and used within the Company
  • Report periodically to management

Attributes & Experience:

  • Commercially aware
  • Able to communicate across all levels of the business
  • Confident in face-to-face situations
  • Experience of problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional and well presented
  • Facilities management experience useful but not critical
  • Experience within the housing sector desired but not essential
