As a Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing high-calibre candidates to fill both current and potential new vacancies from our clients. Day-to-day of the role:
- Source high-calibre candidates to meet client requirements for current and potential new vacancies.
- Utilise various sourcing strategies and tools to attract top talent.
- Work closely with team members and senior management to understand client needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.
- Receive a bonus for each candidate you successfully place, fostering a rewarding and motivating work environment.
- Participate in a structured induction program at the Reed Business School located in the scenic Cotswolds.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently studying full-time at a UK-based university.
- Must have permission to work in the UK at the start of employment (Note: Visa sponsorship is not available).
- Target-driven, resilient, and ambitious with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to impress internal stakeholders and perform effectively in your role.
