Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role after training, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. They offer the flexibility to accommodate shorter daily hours or a 4-day work week, ensuring you can thrive both professionally and personally. You just need to be able to work Monday and Tuesdays.
Key responsibilities:
- Process payroll for monthly and weekly accurately and on time including all deductions
- Manage payroll enquiries and resolve issues
- Distributing payslips
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations
- BACS run
- Managing starters and leavers, P60s and P11Ds
- Pension
- Statutory returns
- Streamline payroll processes and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in payroll processing within a sole role
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
- Proficient in payroll software ideally Sage
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
