We have partnered with a leading syndicate to help them find a Head of Exposure Management Reporting. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute the exposure management strategy in alignment with the company's overall risk management framework and business objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the exposure management team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.
- Oversee the identification, analysis, and monitoring of exposure to man-made events and contribute to the business view of emerging risks across the spectrum of risk.
- Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, claims professionals, and senior management to provide insights and recommendations on exposure-related matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous experience of leading an Exposure Management team with a desire to remain appropriately hands-on to support with deliverables. Please note this is a 6 month contract position. Please apply for further details.
