Bookkeeper

Think Accountancy and Finance is collaborating with a business in Luton to find a bookkeeper, to join their growing team, experience in practice is needed.

The company offers a hybrid working arrangement with two days from home and three days in the office.

The bookkeeper will handle the bookkeeping for a variety of clients under the direction of the finance manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing all transactions on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Managing sales and purchase invoices, as well as bank and cash transactions
  • Posting journals
  • Reviewing management accounting adjustments
  • Running VAT reports
  • Completing CIS returns
  • Using systems such as Sage, Hubdoc, QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel
