3rd Line Support Network Engineer - DV Cleared

Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist a high-profile user community, maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders using the IT Service Management Toolset.
- Monitor Event Management tooling, ensuring effective triage and escalation of network issues.
- Work within the Bengal Service Operations team, focusing on maintaining and improving network operations.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new technologies and processes that enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient with VCenter NSX-T.
- Experience with Cisco Firepower Management Centre.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS and Cisco ISE.
- Familiarity with Juniper Switches & JUNOS.
- Skilled in using SolarWinds for network management.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Servers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
