Junior Business Analyst - 3 Month Contract - £300 pd Inside IR35 - Reading every fortnight
A client of mine in the utilities sector is currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their team, and assist with the management of the IT equipment assigned to their resources (laptops, tablets, and phones).
This role requires confidence contacting end users to gather information about their devices and process the data. Some of your responsibilities will include contacting individuals who have more than 1 device type assigned to them, i.e. more than 1 laptop. The individual will use Teams, email, and voice to contact each user and arranging collection of devices, engaging with 3rd parties and recording all information in an Excel spreadsheet.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Confident usage of MS Office Suite of products especially Excel and Teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of an organisation (junior to senior)
- Strong documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
