I am currently looking for a Plumber Multi Trade to work for a council in the Spalding area on a 3 month contract. The role will be working on reactive maintenance across tenanted properties.
In this Plumber Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:
- Plumbing repairs to council properties
- 2nd fix carpentry such as door hanging and fitting skirting boards
- Finishing skills such as tiling and patch plastering
The right Plumber Multi Trade will need:
- Experience working in social housing
- Own van and tools
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
In return the Plumber Multi Trade will get:
- £23 per hour paid weekly
- 45p per mile on fuel from job to job
- 3 month contract
