Our award-winning estate agency is looking to grow its team by adding an experienced Property Manager to their already successful team. Our client has over 150 years of experience within the team and has been operating for nearly 30 years.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of properties
  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repairs promptly.
  • Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Monitor property budgets, collect rent payments, and manage expenditures to optimise property performance.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on property status, financial performance, and tenant relations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in property management
  • License and Car: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a car for property inspections and client meetings.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving: Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of property management regulations and best practices.
