Key responsibilities of the Billing Clerk:
- Accurate processing and distribution of invoices
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in the monthly closing process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the billing process
