This Care and Support Business Partner position is a proactive role aimed at enhancing financial and management information across a Housing Groups' care and support operations, supporting strategic decision-making and financial planning.
The Client:

The Role:
- Provide financial modeling for existing contracts and tender negotiations.
- Offer expert budget management advice to drive value for money.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and cash flow reports.
- Lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts and manage external audits.
- Support Care and Support projects with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Successful Candidate:
- ACA qualified, equivalent or nearly qualified.
- At least 3 years of experience in Care and Support businesses.
- Skilled in explaining financial information to non-financial staff and preparing forecasts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in complex financial reconciliations.
