We are delighted to be working with this wonderful specialist travel company based in South West London who are seeking a HR Manager to join their team.
This is a standalone role and as HR Manager you will be responsible for running of all elements of HR incluing ER issues, recruitment, training and wellbeing.
Minimum 3 years experience of HR ideally in a standalone role.
The role:
- Overseeing essential HR aspects such as employee relations, HR administration, internal recruitment, enhancing employee engagement and inductions
- Supporting line managers with managing disciplines, grievances, absence and sickness
- Ensuring staff records are maintained in the internal HR system
- Coordinating the monthly wellbeing newsletter
- Being the initial point of contact for newcomers joining the company and for hiring managers
- Staying abreast of HR best practice and employment law
You will have:
- Minimum 3 years HR, recruitment and training experience
- CIPD qualified
- Ability to work autonomously in a stand-alone HR role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of current employment legislation and best practice
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- The capability to prioritise workflow based on immediate requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
