Role Overview:
Support teachers in various KS1 and KS2 classrooms.
Assist with both individual and group learning activities, ensuring every child is engaged.
Help deliver creative and inclusive lessons alongside class teachers.
Provide flexible support across different classes as needed.
Assist with classroom management and support students' social and academic development.
Key Requirements:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (TA2) is essential.
Experience working in a primary school environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to adapt to different classes and responsibilities.
