Salary: Starting from £28,000

Location: Milton Keynes/ Hybrid

In this role you will:

  • Oversee and handle customer queries and potential complaint cases, tracking progress, and seeing through to completion.
  • Implement and develop management reports to highlight results, analyse trends and identify continuous improvement steps.
  • Process incoming orders, update equipment logs, and periodically conduct stock reviews.
  • Liaise with the factory and the parts technical team to resolve any queries.
  • Collaborate with the wider team, including the contracts and warranty departments, delivering general administrative support.

  • Organised – able to simultaneously track and progress multiple cases.
  • Diligent – accurately conduct a range of administrative duties.
  • Team player – work as part of a team, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.
