Data Privacy Lead
Location - Flexible (Hybrid working/fully remote)
Rate - £600 overall assignment rate to umbrella
Contract Length - 6 months
Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large Data Privacy function. You will deliver elements of the required Data Governance operation in line with the requirements of the Group Data Privacy and Group Data Governance Business Standards. You will be working within the Customer and Marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an appropriate level of data and privacy compliance.
- Support data protection governance for new projects and initiatives.
- Provide senior stakeholder assurance through monitoring and oversight.
- Promote a positive data protection and privacy culture through training and awareness.
- Ensure compliance through control and risk management activities.
Skills:
- Experience working within a data privacy focused role.
- Experienced understanding of the Data Protection Legislation requirements.
- Great stakeholder management skills.
- Highly developed influencing skills.
- Worked within financial services background.
