Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a brilliant organisation based within the Watford area. Hybrid working is on offer but you MUST be based within a reasonable commute of Watford as you will be working from the office a few days each week and for your training period. They have multiple opportunities for Account Managers to join their growing teams. This person will need to have previous experience within automotive experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within busy work environment.

Salary - £32,000 plus fantastic benefits

Some of the duties will include:

  • Managing existing accounts and building strong relationships
  • Handling customer contracts and agreements
  • Working alongside the marketing team to strengthen customer relationships when launching new accounts
  • Provide resolutions for customer requirements and needs
  • Taking responsibility and handling enquiries
  • Working closely with various internal departments
  • Providing quotations where necessary
  • Working with the implementation team to ensure smooth transition of new accounts

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • Automotive experience desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
