You must be self motivated and be able to pick systems up quickly.
Main Duties:
- Accurately updating purchase order records to confirm timely receipt of goods or services
- Data Entry
- Support subcontractors and suppliers in the correct use of processes and systems
- General administration duties
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Strong administrative background
- Data entry skills
- Must be a quick learner
- Must be able to driver due to location
- Experience of working in a fast pace environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to operate specialist software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good analytical skills and deadline driven
- Deliver tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills
