Customer Support Administrator

(12 month contractor - Maternity cover)

Job description

  • Launch all orders in-line with master production schedule (MPS) and update production

activity control (PAC) plan.

  • Ensure all internal works order documentation and modification sheets (CRMS) for the

launch of products is communicated to Operations.

  • Order management to allow the release of advance exchange product goods to the next

customer requirement.

  • Ensure commercial aspects of the contract are clearly understood and applied.
  • Act as a focal point for managing communications directly with customers.
  • Generate customer quotations and invoicing in line with the company output plan and works

procedures, ensuring clear and concise information is provided to the customer at all times.

  • Capture the customers' expectations and preferences to ensure these customer

requirements are satisfied.

  • Working closely with key business stakeholders (KAMs, Sales, Finance, Quality and

Operations) to improve the customer service experience.

  • Strong continuous improvement ethic to enhance the customer experience and improve the

company's processes and procedures.

  • Optimising profit opportunities afforded by the contract terms while promoting and enhancing the customer relationship.
  • On time issue of quotes and invoicing in line with Sales Plan
  • Timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Launch adherence to MPS plan
  • Delivering continuous improvement projects

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. The key attributes to be successful in this role are to be enthusiastic, dedicated, highly motivated, good communicator and a strong attention to detail.
