Resourcery Group are delighted to be working with a a leading company based Widnes. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the finance team and contribute to the continued growth and success. This role offers hybrid working and a salary up to £33k.
The Role:
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be a key player in the finance department, responsible for managing the company's payable processes with precision and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Your expertise in SAP will be essential in streamlining the financial operations and supporting our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process.
- Process invoices and payments accurately and on time using SAP.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
