In this role, you'll provide the guidance and support to help students reach their full potential.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with students, offering 1:1 tailored intervention sessions and supporting classroom teachers. You'll also have the chance to cover lessons, gaining invaluable experience before beginning a PGCE or Schools Direct Teacher Training Programme.
We're looking for aspiring teachers who have graduated in the following areas:
- Maths
- English
- Science
- Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
- Languages
- Art and Design
- Psychology or Social Sciences
- Sport & Physical Activity

Key Requirements:
- University degree (2:2 or above)
- Experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
- Clear passion for working with young people and a desire to pursue teaching
- Ability to provide two references from the last two years
- Willingness to undertake CPD training provided by Milk Education and your placement school
