Job Title: Customer Experience Executive (Temporary)
Salary: £14.36 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Location: Epsom (Hybrid working - 3 days at home, 2 days office based)
Parking on-site: Yes
Duration: Until March 2025

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service candidate who has specialised in fast paced environments handling large e-mail and call volumes to join a very well known, successful organisation with excellent modern offices located in Epsom on a temporary basis until March 2025.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting a culture focused on customer satisfaction, delivered through effective systems & processes
  • Ensuring that customers questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly

We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer services environment, and be able to have good decision making and judgement skills with clear written and oral communication skills. You must be PC literate with intermediate level IT skills in Microsoft Word & Excel.
