We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide assistance to a lady in Widnes. The role involves accompanying her to day services in the Wirral from Monday to Friday. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and has a genuine interest in improving the quality of life for others.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Safely transport the individual to and from day services in the Wirral.
- Provide companionship and support throughout the day.
- Assist with any daily tasks or activities as required.
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
- Maintain open communication with the individual's family and care team.
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be over 25 years old.
- Possession of a clean driver's licence.
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Must have experience working in a similar role in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring disposition.
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
