Procurement and Facilities Manager

Location: Hybrid/Luton

Salary £60,000 to 65,000

The role:

The Procurement and Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's property management and procurement activities. You will ensure that all property-related operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with legal and company standards. Additionally, the manager will handle procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to achieve the best value for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the company's property portfolio, ensuring all properties are maintained and operated effectively
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage all supply contracts and source products and services for the group
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all property and procurement needs and property management requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and property management requirements

About you:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and is proficient in inventory and RFP management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of property management best practises
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience of building and inspiring successful teams and delivering. measurable commercial results through intelligent and creative marketing programmes.
  • Member of Chartered Institute for Procurement & Supply desired
