My Client, a world leader in eye care, are seeking an e-Rostering Manager to provide comprehensive management of the e-Rostering system and processes. The successful candidate will lead rostering data analysis, interpret workforce data, and ensure the delivery of accurate and timely data reports.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Manage the e-Rostering system, ensuring best practices across all staff groups.
- Analyse and interpret rostering data to provide actionable insights.
- Lead the improvement and embedding of SafeStaffing within the organisation.
- Develop and review rostering guidance, frameworks, and policies.
- Plan and evaluate methods for data gathering, analysis, and presentation.
- Identify training needs and contribute to training delivery for senior management.
- Maintain the Healthroster system, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
- Analyse performance against targets and strategic objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Level of Education or equivalent experience (Prince 2 desirable).
- Experience with an electronic rostering system, preferably Allocate's Healthroster system, Version 11.
- Proven track record of working closely with senior managers and executives.
- Expertise in managing staff and engaging with end users.
- Strong understanding of NHS workforce agendas and rostering impacts.
