Duties:
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Processing of invoices, receipts, payments, statements
- Supplier/invoice queries
- Support month-end closing activities
- Placing Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records
- Coordinating payment plans
- Provide administrative support to the finance and procurement teams.
