Reed HR are proud to be supporting a non-for-profit organisation based in Cardiff who are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, results-driven, and has a proven track record in recruitment. The successful candidate will manage recruitment campaigns, build relationships with colleagues and line managers, and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and maintain credible and trusting relationships with colleagues and line managers to provide recruitment guidance.
- Manage the recruitment process in line with the recruitment policy to support hiring managers.
- Write adverts and draft job descriptions, using the ATS and systems.
- Respond to candidate enquiries and applications in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend job fairs and open days to promote the organisation and attract potential candidates.
- Utilise social media platforms to reach out to a broader audience of potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a candidate database, and conduct headhunting when necessary.
- Provide recruitment performance data to help refine the recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
What you'll need:
- Good standard of education, degree level qualification is desirable.
- CIPD qualification is also desirable.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with knowledge of recruitment legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Intermediate Excel skills are desirable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with recruitment systems and databases.
