Description
- Understand the needs and buying decisions of consumers at a local level
- Define the brand & product value positioning by understanding the product benefits and competitor's positioning
- Develop messaging packs for key products/campaigns and creative assets
- Accountability for the project, deadlines, and budget management
- Manage the key KPIs on a monthly basis and report back on performance
- Liaise with HQ/local product teams to understand the strategy
- Meet regularly with core stakeholders to update on product launches and brand campaigns
- Work with the marketing agency to deliver the strategy and key projects
- Brief and deliver a consistency of creative and messaging across all channels across paid, owned and earned
- Develop promotional ideas to excite Consumers about the brand/products
- Work with the key partnerships on brand activation's to maximise brand exposure
- Liaise with HQ and influence their Global partnership plans to ensure they are relevant locally
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Relatable industry experience (Consumer Goods/Retail/Consumer Electronics)
- Excellent understanding of brand
- Able to utilise Excel for data analysis whilst providing recommendations based on trends, gaps, etc (mandatory)
- Experience in working with channel/distribution partners
- Product life-cycle management experience, particularly in product launches and channel inventory management
- P&L management experience is required
- Experience of working with a HQ function in a Global business
