AJ Chambers are excited to be working with our client based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal.
As a paralegal you will be a confident individual as you will contact all referrals that come in via their estate agent clients with the view to turn the referrals into business and then to assist the team with the process. This also includes helping service existing clients from across the firm.
Keys details:-
- Minimum 2 years experience ideally
- Experience working with Freehold properties. Leasehold would be preferable, but not essential. New build/ plot sales would be a bonus.
- An understanding of the whole residential property sales process
- A salary between £24,000.00 to £30,000.00, depending on experience
- Company pension
- Discretionary team bonus
