Accounts Administrator

Hays are pleased to be working exclusively with a manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a new Accounts Administrator.

Your new role
Duties will include:

  • Maintenance of Sales Ledger including processing of invoices and reconciliation of balances
  • Maintenance of Purchase Ledger including processing of payments and reconciliation of balances
  • Liaising with debtors and creditors
  • Maintenance of Cash Book alongside bank reconciliations
  • Checking and processing of staff expense claims
  • Maintaining and verifying the Nominal Ledger
  • Liaising with Goods In to confirm receipts

What you'll need to succeed
You will have good knowledge and experience of working with ledgers. Looking for an individual who has good communication skills and can get work done within set time limits. This business uses Sage 200, so knowledge of this would be very beneficial.
