Reed Business Support are excited to be working with a national insurance company in their search for a Customer Service Advisor. Based in Chapeltown, this is an exceptional opportunity for someone with previous Customer Service experience who is looking to grow and develop within a strong organisation.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £24,000
  • Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Hybrid working – 1 WFH day a week – subject to compliance criteria
  • Incentive quarterly bonus structure

About the role:

  • Handling general insurance enquiries
  • Assisting with the claims procedure
  • Handling policy alterations
  • Managing renewals of policies
  • Selling new policies
  • Introducing other products to new and existing customers
  • Ad-hoc tasks or duties from time to time as necessary to meet the needs of the business

  • Be able to be accountable
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proficient IT skills
