A well established organisation based in Burgess Hill seeking a Senior Finance Officer on a temporary basis.
Description
As a Senior Finance Officer you will be responsible for:
Supporting the finance assistants with transactional duties:
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Credit control
- Analysis and reporting
- Bank and Ledger reconciliations
- Processing adjustments and payments
- Dealing with cash allocations queries
Further duties such as:
- To raise purchase orders and process invoices for authorisation and payment.
- To generate sales invoices and monitor until payment is received
- To assist with projects and adhoc tasks to ensure efficiency within the team
Profile
To be successful for this position you will need:
- To be Immediately available
- To have the required experience within finance and management
- To be able to make occasional visits to the office in Burgess Hill
