Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in GCSE Maths and Functional Skills pathways.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to various learning styles, including those of SEN pupils.
- Utilise Google Suite, including Google Classroom, to enhance the learning experience.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and deep subject knowledge to inspire and motivate students.
- Contribute to the development and vision of the Mathematics department.
- Teach Mathematics up to GCSE Level.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Mathematics.
- Teaching Degree, PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Desirable Experience:
- Prior experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Experience as a Form Tutor or in providing pastoral care.
