Customer Service Executive

Are you a confident and motivated individual looking to join a market leading business offering a fantastic working environment?

Due to continued growth, our client are looking to strengthen their team to help provide the best possible support to both customers and colleagues in this varied and interesting role.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with new and existing customers and suppliers to provide the best possible service via phone and email.
  • Working with other departments to find the solutions to customer queries
  • Providing updates on orders and available stock to resellers
  • Troubleshooting and investigating solutions to a wide range of queries
  • Ad hoc customer service and admin tasks

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Fantastic communication skills both verbally and written
  • Self-starting and highly motivated to do a fantastic job
  • Some experience within administration, customer service or transferable skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year + excellent working environment
