Are you compassionate, professional, well-organised, and self-motivated? We may have the perfect opportunity for you as an Account Manager for a Solicitors based in Salisbury. As the Account Manager, you will be working closely with the Case Handler to provide a specialist probate service to clients who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. In this role, you will oversee the estate administration for a portfolio of cases.
The Account Manager will also:
- Ensure that the internal process is followed.
- Be the primary point of contact for the client.
- Provide tailored and personal services.
- Provide regular updates which are provided by the Case Handler.
There will be full training provided, however, you will be expected to obtain a good understanding of the different areas of the business and the internal process. You will also have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. You will receive 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, 20 wellness hours a year, and attend company events.
