Receptionist & Office Administrator

My client has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist with administration experience to join a friendly team. This is potentially a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Salary: £270000 based on 37.5 hrs per week

Mon to Fri onsite 8.30am to 5pm

As well as carrying out general reception duties, you will be required to help out with office duties such as:

  • Responding to emails
  • Input and extract data
  • Scanning and archiving
  • Stationary and supply ordering
  • logging invoices on the system
  • Organising the mail

You will need to have good multi-tasking skills.
