As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Deliver front line customer service to students
- Assess applications from students for funding
- Respond to requests in a prompt and friendly manner
To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Have previous customer service experience
- Be confident in managing a variety of systems
- Have a high level of written and verbal English
- Be available to start Late August
In return, we are offering an hourly rate of £13.32 + holiday pay! Please note, this is a full-time position, on an initial 4 week period, however, likely to be extended.
