As a Warehouse Operative you will be:
- Picking products
- Working towards set targeted pick rates per hour.
- Keeping the warehouse tidy as you go
- Manual handling
- Use of hand scanner technology
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
- You must be physically able to lift goods.
- Previous picking or packing experience.
- A good standard of verbal and written English
- Good numeracy skills
- The ability to work to targets
- Good time keeping and attendance
Please note there is a lot of walking and manual handling involved with this role. Previous experience within a picking or packing role is required.
Shifts we offer are as followed (these are set) -
- 6am - 2pm / 8am - 4pm / 10am - 6pm / 2pm - 10pm / 3pm - 11pm / 4pm - 12am
- Pay rates - 6am - 6pm - £11.47 / 6pm - 10pm - £12.12 / 10pm - 6am - £14.04
- Shifts are any 5 days out of 7 - please ensure you can work weekends or you will not be invited to an induction.
Transport to the Hams Hall area is limited especially after the hours of 10pm- please ensure you can travel to B46 before you apply for this role.
