Our client is a market leading building services contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their ever-growing team!
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be overseeing all mechanical aspects on their projects, managing projects from inception all the way through to client to handover, quoting for additional works and site surveys on government contracts with values up to £4m.

Position Remuneration
- Salary £50,000 - £65,000 DOE
- Performance bonus (project based)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Car allowance

**Mechanical Project Manager
Position Requirements
- Previous experience managing mechanical projects
- Proven mechanical technical engineering background
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS
- Be able to pass stringent security checks
- Live within a commutable distance of West Midlands
- Experience managing mechanical projects with values of up to £4m
