The role:
- Achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Implement growth strategies and market communications.
- Lead and exceed sales KPIs.
- Develop and maintain client relationships..
- Provide full-cycle sales support.
- Review costs and performance against budget targets..
- Maintain sales volume and stay updated on market trends.
- Analyse CRM data for business insights.
- Enhance brand awareness with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and meetings
- Articulate the Group's value proposition and report industry trends.
- Travel internationally for business support.
Personal Qualities:
- Proven sales track record in the advanced printing sector.
- Strong negotiating skills and a technical solution sales approach.
- Ability to make business decisions, push for results, and adapt to customer demands.
- Experience selling capital equipment and understanding additive manufacturing benefits.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Salary £45,000 plus excellent commision scheme and benefits.
