On behalf of our client, an international business operating in an exciting industry, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior IT Technician to help maintain and enhance IT infrastructure, and provide end user support across the business.
Job Overview:
The Senior IT Technician will play a crucial role ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for incident and problem management, system administration, security and maintenance, and providing technical support. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel if required.
