Role:
Our client in the Real Estate and Property sector is looking to recruit a permanent Sales Legder Clerk. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Allocation of monies received (including BACS/Chaps, cheques and cash) in multiple bank accounts, including EUR and USD, against invoices and cost codes. Averaging around 2500 payments across 4 bank accounts
- Investigate unidentified receipts ensuring all cash is processed by month end deadlines
- Processing monthly write offs including FX and bank charges
- Investigation of legacy unallocated cash. Liaising with clients, credit control and fee earners (within and outside of the country) for remittance advices and payment details
- Moving cash between invoices and matching credit notes against invoices; arranging refunds of duplicate payments, over payments and wrongly received cash
- Maintaining the team mailbox confirming all queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Team cover for HSBC payments
Profile:
The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will have at least 2-3 years experience working within the Sales Ledger Clerk and will have had exposure to the cash management process within a large organisation.

Our client is a Real Estate and Property firm based in London. You will work 2 days per week from their office and 3 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This Sales Ledger role will be paying circa £32,000 - £34,000 per annum. This is dependant on experience.
