Marketing and Business Development Executive

Working for a fantastic and well established company in Liverpool, we are recruiting a Marketing Executive to join their team. It's quite a unique role as you'll be collaborating with your colleagues from different departments and ensuring that you are developing strategies to win new clients, grow the existing client base, and continually share marketing materials to potential and current clients.

Location: You can be based from Liverpool or Manchester. This is a hybrid role so you'll split your time between home and the office. Travel to other offices will be required.

Salary: Competitive plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, private medical healthcare

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm

What you'll be doing!

  • Internal stakeholder management is key in this role as you'll be holding key relationships with colleagues across all of the UK offices. You'll be supporting the delivery of all marketing activity to a high value part of the company.
  • You'll be supporting Business Partners with drafting, developing and implementing marketing and business development plans
  • You'll communicate with and delegate to the wider business development and marketing team
  • Report on progress against plans, communicating effectively and regularly with key stakeholders to manage expectations and gain input as appropriate to ensure progress.
  • Support the Business Partner to prepare and issue monthly MI pack to the senior management team.
  • Co-ordinate agreed marketing activity such as events, e-newsletters and articles liaising with wider BD&M team
  • Ensure website, intranet and other marketing collateral are up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Build relationships with external bodies such as conference organisers
  • Work closely with Business Partner to ensure a smooth new client induction and onboarding process
  • Work with CRM team, Business Partners and department colleagues to cleanse and maintain client and non-client data and marketing lists, facilitating the process
  • Project Management
  • Work closely with Business Partner to provide assistance on marketing projects and campaigns as required.
